The renovated rehabilitation unit at Novoyavorivsk Hospital has officially opened, marking another important step toward expanding access to modern, high-quality rehabilitation services in Ukraine. For our team, this is our 38th completed project and 13th rehabilitation project, enabling even more people to receive rehabilitation in a safe, comfortable, and modern environment.
As part of this project, the MoveUkraine team completed the renovation of the rehabilitation unit, creating improved conditions for both patients and healthcare professionals. The renovated facilities meet modern standards of accessibility, functionality, and comfort, supporting more effective recovery while improving the working environment for medical staff.
Next to the rehabilitation unit, we also created a memorial garden in honor of Sarah Debbink, who served at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and was a dedicated supporter of Ukraine. The garden stands as a symbol of remembrance, gratitude, and enduring international support.
This project was made possible through the support of the USNA Class of 1977. We are sincerely grateful to our donor for their trust in MoveUkraine and their commitment to strengthening rehabilitation services in Ukraine. Thanks to this support, we can continue implementing projects that improve healthcare facilities and expand access to quality rehabilitation for those who need it most.
Every completed project is more than a renovated space. It is an opportunity for people to receive rehabilitation closer to home, recover in dignified conditions, and regain independence.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the USNA Class of 1977 for their partnership, trust, and support. Together, we continue restoring lives.
