MoveUkraine Officially Opened a Rehabilitation Center in Verkhovyna

On September 3, 2026, we officially opened a rehabilitation center in Verkhovyna — MoveUkraine’s 38th completed project and our 13th rehabilitation project, delivered by our team together with our partners and donors.

The rehabilitation center in Verkhovyna provides opportunities for people who need rehabilitation to access the support they need closer to home. For us, it is important not only to complete projects, but also to make it possible for them to continue serving people and local communities.

Svitlana Onyshchuk, Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration, joined us for the official opening. It was important for us to mark the completion of this project and its official opening together.

The need for quality rehabilitation services in Ukraine remains high. That is why we continue to develop this area and work with our partners and donors to create more opportunities for people who need rehabilitation and support.

For us, every new rehabilitation project is an opportunity to help more people access the services they need closer to home.

The Verkhovyna project was made possible with the support of our donors, Guardian Angels and the Canada-Ukraine Foundation. We sincerely thank them for their trust, support, and for making projects like this possible.

Together, we are creating more places where recovery begins.
