On June 5, a pre-opening event was held in Verkhovyna, Ivano-Frankivsk region, for a new rehabilitation center that will become an important recovery space for veterans and civilians in need of comprehensive rehabilitation services. The project was implemented by the charitable organization MoveUkraine with the support of donor Guardian Angels.
The new 104,2 m² rehabilitation center was fully constructed and equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment. MoveUkraine completed the entire scope of work – from construction of the facility to the installation of specialized equipment necessary for high-quality physical recovery and patient rehabilitation.
Developing modern rehabilitation infrastructure is one of MoveUkraine’s key areas of work. Amid the ongoing full-scale war, the need for quality rehabilitation services for veterans and civilians in Ukraine continues to grow. That is why the organization remains committed to implementing projects that expand access to rehabilitation services across different regions of the country.
This project marks another important step in strengthening Ukraine’s rehabilitation system. For MoveUkraine, it is already the 11th center and the 36th completed construction project.
We sincerely thank Guardian Angels for their trust, support, and contribution to the development of rehabilitation services in Ukraine. Partnerships like this make it possible to create modern spaces where veterans and civilians can receive quality care, restore their health, and return to full and active lives.
The official opening of the rehabilitation center will take place soon. At the same time, the center is already operational and stands as an important result of the joint efforts of donors, partners, and the MoveUkraine team aimed at advancing Ukraine’s rehabilitation system.
