The founders of MoveUkraine are expats from the USA and Switzerland living and operating their business in Ukraine for over 30 years. They are boots on the ground and can match most effectively and quickly the needs of IDPs and veterans with donor’s terms.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat are MoveUkraine’s goals?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

MoveUkraine is meeting an urgent and life-threatening need due to the destruction of over one million homes of innocent civilians during the war. MoveUkraine builds and repairs buildings to house IDPs (internally displaced persons). MoveUkraine also responds to the growing need of Rehabilitation centers for veterans and civilians. It renovates or builds and equips community based centers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tHow does MoveUkraine coordinate with other aid agencies to avoid duplication of services?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The founders have developed a tremendous network with local governments, NGOs and the business community. This allows MoveUkraine to maximize its impact. MoveUkraine has taken the role of project integrator or coordinator to get things done sooner, better and faster.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tHow much of my donation will go toward programs?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Greater than 90% of all funds go directly to projects. The remainder go to administrative expenses for those projects.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat will my donation be used for?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

MoveUkraine repairs and builds different types of facilities for housing for IDP families and disabled individuals. MoveUkraine also repairs or builds community based Rehabilitation centers for veterans and civilians alike.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tIs it too early to rebuild Ukraine while the war continues to destroy so much there?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Although MoveUkraine started in Western Ukraine, it has expanded its activity across the country, selecting zones which are either unaffected by the war or deemed safer zones, where hundreds of thousands of IDPs are still living and urgently need our help.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tCan I receive tax esemptions for my donation?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

MoveUkraine is a registered charity in Ukraine and in Switzerland. So, you can receive tax exemption if you donate either to Applied Hope foundation (501(c)(3)) or to MoveUkraine Swiss.<\/p>\n
