This project will be our first fully integrated public construction. The apartments on the second and third floors belong to local residents who currently reside there. The first floor, which will be renovated by MoveUkraine, will be occupied by displaced individuals.

Scope of work

Complete restoration of the first floor of the building: development and financing of project documentation, demolition work, removal of construction debris, installation and laying of utilities, flooring, walls, and ceilings with subsequent finishing, installation of interior and entrance doors, turnkey furnishing, renovation of the entrance area, and landscaping of the territory.
