Description
Ophthalmology program, launched by MoveUkraine Lives in partnership with an ophthalmologist from the USA, Paul Runge,is for all IDPs, children and adults , residing in our 5 Ivano-Frankivsk region Shelter homes. MoveUkraine covers transportation and food beverage. The ophthalmologist covers materials and volunteers his diagnostic services.
Scope of work
The Ophthalmology support includes an examination to detect diabetes and diagnose eye diseases, as well as providing recommendations for preventative measures and lifestyle changes to manage and mitigate the risks associated with diabetes-related eye complications.
