MoveUkraine Successfully Passes Independent Audit for 2022

 We are proud to announce that MoveUkraine has successfully passed an independent audit for the year 2022. The audit was conducted by Limited Liability Company “ORVI-AUDIT” with their office located at Lepkogo Street, 34, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. The audit report, signed by the engagement partner Mariia HRETCHAK, bears the registration number 101148 in the Register of auditors and audit entities.
The audit covered the financial statements of Charitable Organization “MOVE UKRAINE Charitable Foundation”. These financial statements include the statement of financial position as of December 31, 2022, the statement of comprehensive income, the statement of changes in equity, and the statement of cash flows for the year ending on the same date, along with detailed notes to the financial statements.
In their report, the auditors express their opinion that the financial statements of the Foundation, as presented, fairly represent the financial position of the organization as of December 31, 2022. Furthermore, the financial performance and cash flows for the year ending on the same date were found to be in accordance with National provisions (standards) of accounting (NP(s)A) in Ukraine.
The audit was conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), and the auditors emphasized their independence and adherence to ethical standards throughout the audit process.
