On December 16, together with the residents of our shelter homes in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, we initiated a pre-Christmas gathering with caroling, delicious food, Christmas tree decorations, and bright wishes for the upcoming year.
Our celebration took place in the recently opened MoveUkraine house in the village of Voinyliv.
It was truly heartwarming to see residents from different shelter homes and then getting acquainted, laughing, communicating, and wishing each other peace and Victory to Ukraine!
Our IDPs brought tasty dishes and set up an incredible table. Many made beautiful Christmas ornaments, with which they decorated the festive tree.
It was a day filled with joy and kindness, where each of us felt like part of a large friendly family that will always support and stand up for each other.
We were grateful to be able to continue to share, in the midst of the forced displacement, these few hours of solidarity with our shelter home communities.
