PRIVACY POLICY
CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION “MOVE UKRAINE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION”

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Charitable Organization “Move Ukraine Charitable Foundation” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”, “We” in any form), which is the Owner and Controller of personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, conducts charitable activities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations” by providing charitable assistance in the areas defined in the Foundation’s Charter and in accordance with the Charitable Program and Charitable Projects implemented by the Foundation, using funds and assets received from legal and natural persons (hereinafter referred to as “Donors”, “Visitors”, “You” in any form) in the form of charitable donations, including via public fundraising on the Foundation’s website https://moveukraine.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.2. When any individual visits the Website, the Foundation receives certain information about them. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies when an individual:
• visits our Website;
• registers on our Website to receive charitable assistance;
• makes a charitable donation;
• provides the Foundation with personal data in any other manner for communication purposes.
1.3. This Policy defines the types of information and personal data the Foundation receives from Website Visitors, the procedure for their collection, processing, and use. Information and personal data are collected, processed, and used in strict accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
1.4. The Foundation reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and for any reason, without additional notice to Visitors.
1.5. Providing/posting information on the Website constitutes the Visitor’s consent to the content of this Policy and means that the Visitor authorizes the Foundation to collect, use, and disclose/share information that identifies them according to this Policy.
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not provide any information to us and immediately stop using the Website.

2. Types of information that may be received by the Foundation
2.1. The Foundation collects information about a Visitor only if they voluntarily provide it or explicitly consent to its provision and/or use. The information collected includes:
• Personally Identifiable Information (Personal Data): We may collect information that identifies you if you interact with us and provide such information via feedback forms, registration/contact forms on the Website, or by other means, including donation requests. Personal data includes, among other things, your name, phone number, residential address, email address, document data, and other similar information.
• Secondary (Technical) Data: When you visit the Website, certain data is automatically recorded on the Foundation’s servers for system administration, statistics, and backup purposes, using technologies including, but not limited to, cookies, tags, IP tracking, URL tracking, and other tools. Recorded information may include your internet service provider, IP address (in some cases), browser version, computer operating system, addresses of other websites visited concurrently, search parameters that led you to the Website, timestamps, number of clicks, viewed advertisements, etc. You can block or disable cookies, which will limit the collection of secondary data, but may restrict some website functionality and degrade your user experience.
• We may also use third-party tracking services, such as Google Analytics, to analyze your use of the Website. Please note that Google Analytics collects information sent by your browser as part of web page requests, including cookies and your IP address. Google may receive and use this information in accordance with its privacy policy. We are not a party to your relationship with third parties such as Google Analytics.
• Payment Information: We do not directly collect information about your payment methods (e.g., bank cards). If you make a donation via the Website, you will be redirected to a third-party payment operator, who will process your payment. Your payment information will be provided to the operator, not the Foundation. Such data is processed according to the third party’s privacy policy.
• Children’s Personal Data: We do not intend to collect information from visitors under the age of 18. If a parent or legal guardian believes their child has provided information to the Website, we will take steps to delete such data upon request.

3. Use of information we receive
3.1. Your personal data and other information you provide are used solely for the purpose for which you submitted them.
3.2. We use the information to support and organize communication with you, send correspondence or notifications, maintain our databases (including contacts, visitors, donors), conduct statistical, sociological, and other research, prepare contracts and other documents necessary for our relationship with you, generate legally required reports, and prevent breaches of confidentiality, legal norms, or contract terms.
3.3. We do not sell information to third parties.
3.4. Any information obtained from Visitors may be shared with third parties only as required by Ukrainian law.

4. Data Security
4.1. The Foundation commits to securely store information you provide and take all reasonable measures to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Accordingly, despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted via the Website.
4.2. You acknowledge the above risks, including the possibility that information may be lost or accessed by third parties, and assume all associated risks personally.

5. Disclosure of information to third parties
5.1. We may disclose your information to third parties only to the extent objectively necessary to achieve the purposes described above, to protect the security or integrity of the Website, to comply with legal obligations, support legal proceedings, or prevent harm, including financial damage, or in connection with investigations of suspected illegal activity.

6. Your requests regarding data processing
6.1. You have the right to access your personal data and the Foundation processes your requests as necessary. You may:
• You may submit a request for access, correction, updating or deletion of Your personal data collected during the use of the Website.
• You may request additional information regarding the purposes of processing Your personal data; the types of personal data processed; the places of initial collection of personal data; the entities to whom the Foundation provides access to personal data; and the period of storage of personal data by the Foundation.
• You may object to the processing of Your personal data, require the Foundation to restrict the processing of Your personal data or request the transfer of Your personal data.
• In cases where the Foundation collects and processes your personal data on the basis of your informed consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing of personal data carried out by the Foundation prior to your withdrawal of consent, and will not affect the processing of your personal data carried out on legal grounds other than informed consent.

• Upon your request and if technically possible and there are legal grounds for it, the Foundation will provide you with a copy of your personal data or transfer them directly to another processor (controller). You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the collection and use of Your personal data with the supervisory authority for personal data protection.
• In order to submit a request, send an email to the Foundation at contact@moveukraine.org with the subject line “Request regarding personal data” and provide the Foundation with complete information regarding Your request, including Your contact details and any other details You consider relevant. The request shall include:
1) surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document identifying the individual submitting the request (for an individual applicant);
2) surname, name and patronymic, as well as other information enabling identification of the individual in respect of whom the request is made;
3) information about the personal data database to which the request relates, or information about the controller or processor of personal data;
4) the list of personal data requested;
5) the purpose and/or legal grounds for the request.
• The Foundation shall respond to an access request within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request regarding the personal data held by the Foundation, or, if the Foundation is unable to provide such data within the specified period, the Foundation shall notify You thereof and explain the reason for the delay.
• You may also be vested with other rights provided for by applicable law.
Identity verification requirement: The Foundation, in accordance with the law, is obliged to verify that any submitted request has been sent by a person who has the lawful right of access to the data. Therefore, prior to providing any information in response to a data subject’s request for access to such data, the Foundation may request that You provide additional information which may confirm Your identity and legal authority.

7. Privacy Inquiries
7.1. You have the right to file complaints related to privacy with the national supervisory authority for personal data protection. In Ukraine, this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, who can be contacted via the email address contact@moveukraine.org. If You have any questions regarding this Policy or if You have received any unwanted email sent by the Foundation or allegedly sent on behalf of the Foundation, please contact the Foundation directly at contact@moveukraine.org.
