Ms. Batruch, a citizen of Canada and Switzerland, is a historian and lawyer by education. Based in Geneva, she has worked in the academic, business, and non-profit sectors. For twenty years she was a senior executive in an oil and gas company, devising and implementing its sustainability framework. Since 2021, Ms. Batruch acts as Strategic Sustainability Advisor to the Lundin Group.

Ms. Batruch has been a speaker in several international environmental, social, and governance (ESG) conferences and has lectured on ESG issues at international business schools and universities (IMD, IMI-Kyiv, Business School of Lausanne, Stockholm Business School, University of Dundee, of Geneva). In 2020, Ms. Batruch was recognized as one of the “top women influencers in the energy sector” by the Oil Council.
Ms. Batruch is the founder and CEO of Anima Conseils SARL, the President of the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation (Kyiv), a member of the Board of Directors of the International Philanthropic Society (Stockholm), and of the Advisory Board of the Lundin Sustainability Chair at IMD. She is on the Advisory Editorial Board of I by IMD, on the Editorial Board of the Journal of World Energy Law and Business (Oxford University Press), and of the Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Intelligence.
Ms. Batruch has published sustainability and energy-related articles in the UCLA Law Review, the Journal of World Energy Law and Business, and the Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Intelligence.
Since February 2022, Ms Batruch has partnered with a number of humanitarian organizations to help Ukraine, among which Move Ukraine, Ukraine Reborn and Zurich Hilft der Ukraine.

Darius Hyworon is a finance and business operations leader with over 15 years of experience across international organizations and multinationals. He specializes in strategic planning, investment management, and large-scale program implementation.

Based in Geneva, Mr. Hyworon has held pivotal roles in both public and private sectors, including with The Global Fund, Procter & Gamble, and the International Organization for Migration.
At The Global Fund, he directs the management of multi-billion-dollar global health investments. He led the Fund’s COVID-19 response, mobilizing over $4 billion in critical resources.
Mr. Hyworon’s work in Ukraine spans roles such as Resource Management Officer for the International Organization for Migration, where he implemented financial systems and managed resource allocation, and interim CFO for a national retail chain, leading a turnaround during the 2009 financial crisis. His early experience includes managing a $10 million USAID grant to support economic and political reform alongside government ministries.
Mr. Hyworon also serves on the board of Zorian Inc and ZEDD Holdings, Canadian real estate holding companies, where he has led corporate strategy, acquisitions, and divestitures. He is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and holds a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, with additional certifications from MIT Sloan and Oxford's Saïd Business School.
Dedicated to meaningful change, Mr. Hyworon leverages his extensive finance and operations expertise to advance charitable initiatives.

Dieter Zürcher is a highly experienced consultant, manager, and lecturer with over 40 years of dedicated work in international development cooperation. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered assignments in more than 50 countries across Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America — including mandates in Ukraine — primarily for bilateral development agencies and international NGOs. He is known for his strategic insight, cross-cultural competence, and results-oriented approach, continues to be a partner at KEK – CDC and has become a volunteer for MoveUkraine in fall 2025.
