Adaptation is an incredibly important stage in the life of every veteran.
It is not only about physical recovery, but also about finding inner support, returning to yourself, to new realities and community.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the MoveUkraine charitable foundation built and equipped a rehabilitation center in Ternopil. Located next to a hospital, the center provides veterans with access to professional care from the medical team based at the healthcare facility.
But our mission didn’t end with the construction.
We carry out regular post-monitoring visits to see how the rehabilitation process is unfolding in practice, to listen to participants, and to identify any emerging needs or challenges.
Post-monitoring allows us to:
– assess how effectively the space is functioning,
– gather feedback from veterans and staff,
– track real-life needs that arise after the center’s launch,
– improve our approach for future projects.
We believe that rehabilitation is not just about buildings — it’s about the ongoing process of recovery.
That’s why we stay connected, offering continued support beyond the initial construction phase.
Every story matters. Every step counts.
Together, we can do more.
