Scope of work

Construction of 9 apartments on the first floor of the building: development and financing of project documentation, demolition work, removal of construction debris, installation and laying of utilities, flooring, walls, and ceilings with subsequent finishing, installation of interior and entrance doors, turnkey furnishing, renovation of the entrance area, and landscaping of the territory.
