The charitable foundation MoveUkraine, with the support of Temerty Foundation, has equipped the rehabilitation center at Vinnytsia City Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Care with modern equipment.
High-quality rehabilitation is critically important for people recovering from injuries and illnesses in Ukraine. That is why we systematically work to create conditions for effective recovery in medical institutions.
As part of this project, the hospital received exercise bikes, a treadmill, a standing frame, and other specialized equipment. These devices are already being used to help patients regain mobility, strengthen muscles, and return to everyday life.
We are proud to note that the equipment we are delivering today marks our 35th successfully implemented project. Even more importantly, this is MoveUkraine’s 10th initiative in the field of rehabilitation. We see this as our strategic mission: not just to help, but to create conditions for quality recovery.
The center works with patients in neurological, neurosurgical, and trauma departments. Rehabilitation is carried out under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists who develop individual programs for each patient.
We sincerely thank Temerty Foundation for their trust and significant contribution to the development of rehabilitation in Ukraine. We also thank the Canada-Ukraine Foundation for facilitating this project. It is through partnerships like these that we can implement systemic change.
Our gratitude also goes to the hospital staff for their tireless work. This equipment is in reliable hands, and together we are returning movement, strength, and hope to people.
