On March 27, the Resilience Center was officially opened in Haivoron, providing a safe space for support, development, and psychological recovery for internally displaced Ukrainians, veterans, their families, and community members.
The center was created with the assistance of the Haivoron City Council, financial support from the MoveUkraine Charitable Foundation, and the dedication of social manager Natalia Hrebinna. It will serve as a hub for psychological and social adaptation, contributing to the mental well-being of those affected by the war.
The Resilience Project is implemented by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “Are You OK?” initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska. This initiative plays a crucial role in ensuring access to quality psychological support across the country.
The successful realization of this project was made possible thanks to the generosity of our partners. We extend our sincere gratitude to our donor from Switzerland, Darius Hyworon, the British organization Waste to Wonder, and everyone involved in creating such support centers across Ukraine. It is thanks to your efforts that this center has become a reality!
The Resilience Center in Haivoron is another step towards ensuring that those affected by the war have the opportunity to rebuild their lives in a supportive and dignified environment.
